Von CC Services zurück zu gehen CS 6 Update Manager, Fehler bei Installation von Datenträger

Hallo,

ich möchte gerne die CC Services beenden und zurück gehen zu CS6. Daber treten aber leider folgende Probleme auf: Beim Einlegen des Original Datenträgers kommt es bei der Installation zu einer Fehlermeldung. Ich habe es in letzter Zeit nicht mehr versucht zu installieren, aber so war es in der Vergangenheit.

Mit Creative Cloud kann ich leider nicht arbeiten. Es fehlen bestimmte Funktionen, und die Programme und Arbeitsabläufe sind gestört. Ich habe in einem anderen Beitrag davon gelesen, dass es Betrugsffälle gibt, und Benutzer ausgeschlossen werden, deren Daten verschlüsselt, gelöscht, verschleppt, oder vielleicht auch weiterverkauft werden. Derjenige hatte auch das Problem, dass seine Lizenz nicht mehr anerkannt wurde.

Was mich intressieren  würde: Gibt es bei Adobe eine Abteilung, an die man sich wenden kann, die sich mit Betrugsfällen bei der Lizenzierung und Verschlüsselung von Daten auskennt, und stimmt vielleicht ewas nicht mit meiner Installations-DVD die ich damals erhalten hatte? Ist es möglich nochmal eine Original Installations-DVD anzufordern? Ich möchte dann nach der Installation nicht mehr zur  Creative Cloud wechseln zu müssen sondern nur noch den Update-Manager nutzen für erforderliche Sicherheitsupdates.

Für mich sieht es so aus, als wäre die Creative Cloud Fehlerhaft! Es müsste eine strikte Trennung von Software-Updates, Lerninhalten und Nutzerdaten geben, für mich sieht es so aus, als wäre das bei der CC Services leider schon seit längerem nicht mehr der Fall!

(Ich habe in der Vergangenheit mal Lernvideos verwendet, und eine Kopie davon gamacht, für eine kurze Zeit während dem Studium habe ich kostenlose Programminstallationen verwendet, weil es mir damals so erklärt wurde und "normal" war.)

if you want to use cs6 while you still use adobe cc, just install cs6 and use your cc subscription to license it.  if your cc subscription doesn't include all the apps in your cs6, only install the cs6 apps for which you have a scription.

if you no longer have a subscription:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer.

you're now able to install cs6 using your perpetual license to activate.  ie, you must have, at least, one available activation and you must know your 24 digit (6 groups of 4 numbers) serial number.

if you purchased from or registered with adobe (and you remember your adobe id used to purchase/register), you may be able to download your cs6 from your account.

and there's not support for cs6 of any kind.  in particular, no dvd will be sent from adobe.

That's because you licensed it before the policy change, isn't it?

If you uninstall it and don't have a CS license for it, you won't be able to use it past the trial period.

Anybody trying to do it now with only a CC, not a CS license, won't be successful.

how can you do it wth a cs license?  cc takes over the licensing.

or did that change and now cc doesn't take over legacy licenses?

If you install CS6 after CC, it should retain the CS licensing.

I used to have it bookmarked, but I think I deleted it a while back.  Adobe may have taken it down.  I'll see if I can search for it.

In meinem Adobe-Account steht drin, dass ich CS3 und CS6 verwendet hatte. Es steht auch der Registrierungsschlüssel drin, aber die Programme funktionieren nicht richtig. Daher habe ich sie vor längerem schon deinstalliert. Momentan habe ich nur noch ein CC-Abbonement für Photographie. Das funktioniert aber leider auch nicht richtig. Es fehlen grundlegende Funktionen. Der Arbeitsablauf ist gestört. Ich habe es in letzter Zeit nicht mehr verwendet, weil es nicht richtig funktioniert.
