We've encountered the following issues: Creative Cloud desktop failed to install.

Hi,

I've been having an error message of "We've encountered the following issues: Creative Cloud desktop failed to install" every time I try to install.

I tried the steps others have mentioned about using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and changing the OOBE folder names, as well as removing other Adobe software, but it didn't help.

Obviously this is very frustating because I cannot download any Adobe software to use without the CC app.

The Cleaner Tool gave me this log:
