Weisses Fenster bei Installationsversuch lightroom/ white screen when install lightroom

Hallo!

Ich habe lightroom_set-up.exe runtergeladen und versuche zu starten - alles was ich erhalte is ein weisses Fenster und das wars - hänge  also fest weil sich das Fenster dann auch nur via Taskmanager schließen lässt.

Was kann ich tun? Zumindest Photoshop lief schon mal auf dem Rechner. Ich überlege mir die cc Version zu abonnieren aber ohne Test werd ich wohl die Finger davon lassen wenn es nicht zu installieren ist 😕😕

i tried to install the test-version of lightroom, downloading the lightroom_set-up.exe file and tried to install from desktop. execute as admin and then - a wihte window nothing in it ....

so what can i do to install lightroom or to get the next step (login to cloud)??
