trying to reinstall reader and keep getting this message error1935.great! what the hell is error 1935?

Error 1935 is a Windows installer error.  I would recommend trying the steps listed in Error 1935 | Install | Acrobat, Adobe Reader | 8.1 and later | Windows.  The steps are still applicable even for Adobe Reader 10.
