to which product are you refering to?

Apps of the Creative Cloud do not need an activation through a serial number. You just choose a plan
on the Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud page and you're good to
go. Should any of your CC Apps ask you for a serial number, it's an error and it can be resolved by
