Possibly related:

Adobe discontinued TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 connections. If you haven't upgraded to TLS 1.2 yet, you cannot connect to Adobe's servers.

It's maybe our problem, or you have not yet connnected to internet. Check you internet connecion, and try late again. If the error occur again, refer to our troubleshooting guide.

No error number. So I don't know which guide issue I should follow.
