uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

test your computer.  if everything works without problem:

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

If the PC is giving BSOD error  ( WHEA ... )  , login to PC via Safeboot.

1) Make sure Windows is up to date :

Whea Uncorrectable error BIOS update

2) Go to Computer manufacturer website like Dell, HP, Lenovo....etc and check , if available , update all drivers.

3) Select Automatic paging option for Virtual Memory .

4) Run Chkdsk command once and check.

If the issue still persists, collect the crash minidump file from computer and then upload it in below site and check :

In this case , I recommend to analyze Crash minidump file. It will give clear detail why the OS is getting crashed when you are accessing the apps .

I Was Searching For The Problem , Your Answer Did Not Help , Because Crash Minidump File Has No Specific Details .

I Found Out That ( Adobe Media Encoder ) Is Causing The Problem , I'm Not Sure Why?

But I'm Looking To Figure It Out .
