When I click "download" nothing happens except an "Error on page" note

This will be my third time (third computer) installing the software on, and I'm worried to pieces that Adobe is counting and won't let me download on this computer.  I had my work laptop upgraded, and I deactivated the software on my original before installing it in my replacement.  Well, then my replacement had issues and they had to give me yet another laptop.  Once again, I did fully deactivate the software on my other computer, so I should be able to download... right?

The other thing is that because this is a work computer, the firewall and antivirus software is installed, but I did remember to (1) log in as the administrator and (2) contact our main IT people to disable the antivirus.  Still having problems, though...

Help, please!

Excerpt of the answer from the mail thread:

"Ok I would still recommend trying a different web browser.  You might also try right clicking on the link and try opening in a new window."
