Hi, I got charged £300 (without warning) for an automatic renewal and I cancelled within 5 days of this renewal, just wondering when I can expect to see a full refund?
Thanks
Jack
Terms & conditions:
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
A renewal is not an initial order. You should contact the support as soon as possible and explain your situation.

Hi,
I have the same issue, I have cancelled my subscription first day when it was automatically renewed. It was two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for my chargeback ! In support I was looking for 2 hours to find email address or contact form. Finally I have found mail:
ClientCare AT adobe.com
I have sent mail but automatically get answer: "Your email address is not recognized as a supported user within the Adobe Support system".
I have no other idea how to contact with adobe to get chargeback, why it is so diffucilt to get contact ? It is impossible to write a message to adobe.
In my accout I have found functionallity: "cancellation of subscription " and information that I have 14 days to get full chargeback. I have cancel it 1 day after renwen. Please help me.

No, there isn't an email adress.
You can contact the support only per phone or chat - note the business times!
Use the support link in my first answer above.
Sometimes there are staff people here around for help - but the longer you wait, the lower your chance of success.
Some users have tried twitter - some of them successful.
I wish you luck

Ok, It's not fair that they are giving me that possibility of cancellation subscription with information that I will get my money back (if cancellation is in 14 days), and after fact of cancellation they are not giving me my chageback. I have wrote them on chat, probably on monday get an answer. But it is not fair, I was waiting for 2 weeks for my money after cancellarion few hours after automatic renewal.
The longer I wait, tle lower chanse of successfull chargeback ? it would be even more unpleasant of them, I cancelled subscriprion the first day, and I am waiting for the promised reaction from adobe, actually 15 days.
