Whenever I try to update creative cloud it gives me Error Code 46...

Its getting annoying because I just want to get the new update so I can use my Adobe programs, but I cant do that because whenever I am to get past the update screen it just keeps having a loading screen in a circle that never finishes.

So please, does anyone have a solution so I will be able to update and start using my adobe programs?
