Hi,
I have recently downloaded a free version of Adobe CS2...to register it and use it I need to enter a serial number....did I miss this in the process or can I apply for one from Adobe?
Cheers Chelleoc
1 Correct answer
You missed the new serial number issued by Adobe. It's on the same page as the download links.

PS CS2 is not free. Those are non-activation versions made available for existing owners of CS2. If you don't already own CS2 then those downloads are not for you.

We former Adobe users have been cast adrift by Adobe, all because Adobe wishes to force people to subscribe, rather than purchase, their Adobe license.
Of course, the former Adobe user option to reinstall a user's legitimately purchased and licensed product should have been left intact. After all, how many people need to reinstall each year?
The Adobe corporate rationale for unplugging its "tired and overburdened" activation servers wears very thin, and we resent Adobe for its demonstrated indifference to its once loyal base.
Our future purchases will not be Adobe.
