where can I key-in the serial number in LR5?

I have used the LR 5 since 2015

and I have a serial number bought on the official website in Taiwan

But I sometime need to Repeat the serial number in that window.

Now, I can't key-in my Serial number.

How can I fix it ?

棋翔梁16137583, sorry you are facing problems using Lightroom 5.  I am sorry, but I am not familiar with the dialog you have posted.  What is the error message saying?
