Where do I download Photoshop Elements 9?

I just purchased a new copy of Roxio Toast 11 Pro which includes a licence for Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, but the only versions I can find online are newer. Thanks for an answer to this.

    Ensure that you follow the Very Important Instructions on that page first otherwise the links will not work.

    When you launch the trial, enter your serial number to convert it to a full version.

    These download links no longer work? Is there somewhere else I can access the Photoshop Elements 9 download? When I click "File 2" it sends me to a page stating:

    Access Denied

    You don't have permission to access "http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PSE/9/win32/PhotoshopElements_9_LS15.7z?" on this server.

    I have tried different browsers (chrome, firefox, safari) and another internet connection.
