Where do I find Contribute CS4 download on adobe site?

Had to reformat my computer, so I'm trying to re-install.  I deactivated mine before reformatting, so I'm good there.

I have my registration number, but haven't been able to find the download.  I found a bunch of CS4 downloads, but not for Contribute.

Thanks Hans.  These are listed as CS4, but when I click download it goes to Adobe's site for CS6.5.  I'll try that if all else fails.  Thanks for your kind help.

Bingo.  That was it.  I downloaded it, but it says my serial number is invalid, even though it put it in from my own products page.  But, that's ok, I'll call them on Monday and probably try to upgrade it.

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here: Download CS4 products

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies. 

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com). 

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
