I want to request my Mac OS license for Adobe CS 6 to be swapped to a Windows license. I try to follow the instructions on "Order product/Platform, laungange swap"-page, but I don't find the pages they said I should go to! Where is the "Orders & Returns"-page? Can I get a direct link there?

Evannicka,

For version CS6 only, a platform swap is available from mac to pc or pc to mac:Order product | Platform, language swap)

If you change operating systems or require a different language version of a product, you can order a product swap, or crossgrade. You can swap to the current version of a product—for example, Creative Suite 6—and to an available language version. Note: If you have an older version of a product, you must order an upgrade instead of a swap. Place upgrade orders directly with Adobe Sales. (Visit your region's Adobe Store for contact information.)

Request a platform or language swap

To request a platform or language swap on the same (current) version of a product, do the following:

  • Register the product that you want to swap. See Adobe Product Registration page
  • If the product you want to swap is an upgrade, you need to register the previous versions too.
  • Sign in to the Support Portal using your Adobe ID (usually your email address):

North America: www.adobe.com/go/supportportal

UK: www.adobe.com/go/uk_supportportal

France: www.adobe.com/go/fr_supportportal

Germany: www.adobe.com/go/de_supportportal

Japan: www.adobe.com/go/jp_supportportal

Asia/Pacific: www.adobe.com/go/supportportal_ap

  • Under Get Support, click Orders & Returns.
  • From the Choose Issue Type menu, choose Product Exchange or Swap.
  • Click Proceed to Online Form.
  • In the Submit a Request page, follow the onscreen instructions.
  • Click Review Case & Submit.

You can expect a response within one to two business days.
