where download my adobe acrobat IX

I had to delete my acrobat IX because of computer issues.  now i need to reinstall it but can't figure out where to do it.  i use windows 10.  i downloaded acrobat originally online (not with a disc)

    If you are referring to Acrobat IX (9)    , link is on the same page . Coz I see you had mentioned Acrobat IX .  not XI

    Yep that's correct , during installation process , you will get 2 option , install as trial or as full version using serial number.

    Select serial number option and proceed,  there is no such thing like trial setup file and full version setup file , what makes difference is that, which option you choose at the beginning of installation.

    Alternatively , you can also install as trial and later you can enter serial number and convert the app activation status from trial to full version.

    I did not save a serial number from when I originally downloaded it.

    Okay , in this case , you need to check with your Adobe account ..

    Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

    If its not registered under your account , check with all possible Adobe ID under which you might have registered the product .

    If the product was not registered , you need to contact Adobe Support and provide them proof of purchase , they can certainly check and assist you accordingly.

    I don’t think I had XI pro but maybe I did. I go to the link to download and it says “trial.” I don’t want a trial version. I want to re-download the version I paid for. Is this the right place to do this? want to be sure before I download something.

    Please click on File 1 of 1 for Acrobat XI Standard see,

    After this follow the installation process where it will ask your if you want to TRY or I have a serial number , go ahead and enter the serial number. see How to download, install, and activate Adobe applications
