Where is my Adobe Premiere Elements 9 serial number?

Hi, I have Adobe Premier Elements 9 that it came installed at the time that I bought my Sony Vaio Laptop. I paid to have this software (and all other software that came installed), however I didn’t receive serial number or created Adobe account. Now my Adobe Acrobat is not working anymore, and it is asking for the license to use. Also, Adobe Elements is asking for update and it is failing all the time. Adobe is not giving me support and Sony is not answering my questions. Could someone help me please? Many thanks
