Where is old CS 6 (not deactivated)

New Here ,
Dec 11, 2013 Dec 11, 2013

Dear Mr. Y! I have 2 problems. The first one is: where can I found „old“ CS 6, esp. Photoshop and InDesign. You always advise other users to install new CC, which I don‘t want to have.
Secondly: unfortunately I had no opportunity to deactivate my old version of Creative Suite 6 on my PC when changing from Win XP to Win 8. I have my Adobe ID and old serial numbers.
Thank you for your help. Gerold Kolling

Hi O-Schule Kolling,

I would like to inform you that if you have a retails license then you would be able to find it on http://www.adobe.com/ and if you have volume license then the details would be on https://licensing.adobe.com/

For Retail Licenses steps are mentioned below.

Step 1: Sign in to http://www.adobe.com/

Step 2: Go to 'My orders'.

Step 3: click on 'My products', you would be able to see the details if you have regisgered your serial number.

For Volume licenses please try :http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/volume-licensing-site.html#find
