Where is the uninstall zip file...so I can reload CC?

For the past few weeks, on installing updates , the installation stops at 2% with the message "error code 2". I then go to the help section which tells me to resolve this error by runnig the CC uninstaller zipped file. When I click on the link to the uninstaller, I get error 404!!
