I've used this program on windows before, why is the download link unavailable?

Thanks for your quick response. I have my product code available and have looked at those download links, but the download for windows is not available for Premiere 12. Where do current users download it?

As you have mentioned that you weren't unable to find Adobe Premiere Elements 12 download and you were unable to download Adobe Premiere Elements 12 from the link which John provided.
If you are still not able to download it, please use this link to download Adobe Premiere Elements 12 - Download Adobe Premiere Elements 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10. There is one 32-bit and one 64-bit file available under windows section. Please let us know if you were able to find the download link for Adobe Premiere Elements 12.

Maybe I should rephrase my question, I've looked at that download link, but Elements 12 is unavailable for Windows? Why is that? Will it become available anytime?

Its available at that link in both 32 and 64 bit versions.
Are you just looking at the top box which contains a Mac only download for four languages?
The Windows links for 14 languages are in the next row down.

I do not see it. Is Adobe intentionally removing links to download older versions to force us to subscribe to CC?

--the chat bot is the circle with a funny looking box with 3 dots inside
-click on Downloading or Installing, then type Agent
Do NOT let the support agent tell you to come to the forums for help... no user in a public forum has access to Adobe's internal links, you MUST obtain the program and update links from Adobe support
AND when you finally do have a download link, be sure to copy every file you download to an external drive (or 2 or 3) so you never have to hunt for download links if they are moved again... also make a text file containing ALL of your serial numbers and copy that file as well

John, thank you. I was on "hold" for a long while but was able to get hold of an "agent" who gave me a link to download older version of non CC / CS programs that I have purchased a while back but no longer have access to the media.
As you mentioned, Adobe removed older version download links from public view and you *must* contact the agent after you login to your account and prove that you have registered that particular version.
