I'm using MacBook Pro - Catalina 10.15.3

(Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)

 - Processor 2,7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 - Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 - Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Adobe illustrator 2020 ( 24.0.3)

Adobe Photoshop 2020 ( 21.0.3)

Illustrator keeps quitting, getting errores to save, quit when copy and paste in photoshop, cannot open files if i save them in CS version ( as i get errors in 2020 version).

Already donde to create pdf settings, and did not work.

All the suite is original, paid, and updated.

NEED URGENT TO KNOW HOW TO SOLVE as I need to work!!!!

Fixed.

After a 2 hours chat with Adobe helpdesk my problem is solved.

A third party plugin was the issue. Deleted it and everything is working again.

Did you try resetting the preferences as well?

That would have helped too.

No that didn't help.

I have the same anoying problem.

Premiere, Media encoder, After Effects and Audition won't start.

Trying to load a video in Photoshop doesn't work.

Adobe and Catalina 10.15.3 is a no go.

Adobe please solve this. We pay a lot of money for bad software.

I use a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)

2,9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9, 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4, Radeon Pro Vega 20 4 GB

you're not talking to adobe here.  these are user-to-user forums.

did you successfully reset the preferences of the problematic programs?

did you use the cc desktop app to install the programs?

I reset all preferences.

Uninstalled the apps.

Reinstalled with desktop app, even installed previous versions.

Tried the same apps on my prehistoric iMac 2009 with High Sierra. No prblems at all, exept some aps don't run on an old video card.

It must be Catalina vs Adobe.

confirm you were successful by testing a previously set preference and making sure it's been reset to default.  if you don't have any non-default preferences, create one so you can confirm it's been reset.
