Why can i no longer access Indesign after updating to 2015?

I currently am billed monthly for a single app, Indesign, and today I updated to the 2015 version and now cannot access the program. My account does not show my membership anymore and is asking me to sign up again. I was just billed on August 21, 2015 and was using the program yesterday. After the 2015 update I seem to have lost my access and membership. I don't wan to sign up again and be double charged monthly.

I have checked my account details. Sent adobe a note on Facebook after going in circles trying to get chat help, which does not see to exist now (tried on multiple browsers)

I'm on a iMAC with Yosemite.
