Why does my installer continue to not work?

Participant ,

This is about the 4th time the installer in my icon has a warning sign (exclamation mark in a red triangle). Then when I open that, the install window is very small and not functional. I've called support 3 times now, and the process to correct it is very slow, and something that I can't do on my own they said. I have Maverick. Screen Shot 2016-03-16 at 10.41.19 PM.png
