Why does my licence key not work anymore?

I've got a licence key for Master collection CS6.

It runs since 2 Years without any problem. Since a few days i cannot start my Software.

By give in the licence key, ther comes the message, that it isn't the right key.

But it is. What can i do?

i've got Sierra 10.12.2 on my mac and it runs up to a few days without any problems.

There was no update in this time.

Where did you get CS6 from, did you purchase it directly from Adobe, CS6 hasn't been sold by Adobe for some time now
