why does my Photoshop key not work?

i currently have the trial verson of photoshop when my trial ran out i got a key for full verson: "1330..." when i enter it, it takes me to the loggin page were i enter my password and ID. after that it says "We are unable to start your subscription for adobe photoshop" what should i do!?

Are you logging with the same Adobe id and the password , through which you have bought the subscription.

Can you please tell the exact error message , a screen shot will help.
