Why i have premiere pro 2018 instead of 2019?

Hello!

Just bought an adobe CC for the first time and already have lots of problems.

1. I installed Premiere Pro. But when i open it i have Premiere Pro 2018, but not 2019. Why is it like that?

2. i can't install and open photoshop because i receive the error about missing D3DCompiler_47.dll.

Please help me!

i resolved the second problem with the D3Dcomplier.

The first problem is not resolved yet.

Also i have problem with the language. I changed my language in the Adobe CC app to English, but all my programs and the app itself are still in Russian.

I have no idea what that means.   To run the current version of Premier Pro on a PC, you need an Intel® 6^thGen or newer CPU – or AMD equivalent and you must have Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1703 or higher.  Failing that, you won't have access to PP 2019 until you upgrade your system.

What is the version of your Windows?

The CC app installs in the OS language, for other programs, you can choose the language in the preferences of the CC app. You need to change the language before you install.
