WHY IS ADOBE CUSTOMER CARE 'CHAT' ALWAYS SHUT?
I WAS ASKED TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE I AM NOW A STUDENT AGAIN AND NEED TO ACTIVATE CHEAPER PLAN. I GUESS THIS IS A WAY TO STOP PEOPLE CLAIMING THIS BENEFIT. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO BE ON HOLD 20M AT WORK!!!! HOW MUCH DO WE PAY FOR THIS SERVICE AND CHAT IS NEVER OPEN!!!!
