Why isn't creative cloud installing?

Hi, all

For some reason when i try to install creative cloud the installation stuck at 0% at initializing installer and i have no idea whats going on, because currently I have an assessment that is require to use InDesign

Kindly share the version of OS you are using and exact error if any.

Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application

Troubleshoot CCM Applet installation and download
