Why updates are more than updates?

When I update an ADOBE application, a new full version is downloaded and added to the list of older versions of the same application. So, for most applications, I have a collection of CC2014, CS6, CC, etc. versions. How can I delete safely old versions and keep the last ones? How to identify the most recent versions? I am on Mac OS X 10.9.5. Thank you for your help. Arthur

Hi,

CC(2014) is the latest version followed by CC and then CS6.

To safely remove previous versions go to your Applications folder > Use the uninstall option inside the CC and CS6 folders.

Thanks,

Rameez

Hi Rameez,

Thank you for your swift response. That worked. Now, what should I do when the application is deleted and there is still a folder or when there is no uninstall option? Can I put those directly in the basket? Thanks.
