Entering my new code and keep getting try again and still not connecting?

    I have read all information in the articles you referenced and followed all directions numerous times. I still get the "invalid code" message. Is there a phone# for personal help?

    I do not understand your response.

    I am referring to the redemption code, not the serial #.

    The links in your response don't make sense to me.
