Hi,

I downloaded creative cloud setup. When I run it as administrator, I see a spinning wheel for a few seconds and then nothing. No log file, no error message, ...

I have tried using CCCleaner, renaming OOBE, woodoo, ...

Thanks

Can you run task manager before you run the creative cloud setup?

See if the installer loads into services.

Hi Asa,

Does the setup terminates abruptly after spinning wheel?

Following Link might help : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html

Yes, after just a few seconds. "run as administrator" -> "User Access Control" dialog -> yes -> spinning wheel (5s), short break, spinning wheel (1s) -> nothing.

For "member ++++": I don't have CC installed. I download the install file "CreativeCloudSet-up.exe" when I run it (from windows explorer), I get the above.

Staff: thanks for the link. Unfortunately I already tried the various steps listed yesterday.

Are you getting spinning wheel under Apps tab menu or as soon as you load Adobe Creative Cloud app  ?

Hi,

I still can't install adobe CC on my laptop. I have installed it without any issue on my desktop. However I need it on both to work productively.

Can I get any help or should I just use a different product?

Thanks
