Windows 10 1809 + Adobe CC 2021

Hi,

 

I'm working on a Windows 10 1809 (can't have more recent for now, as it is at work, on a 1000+ computers company, with an IT control).

Specs : i7 4770 3.40Ghz / 28Gb RAM / Quadro K420 (old stuff, but hopefully soon will have a decent machine)

Since all the last software updates from the release of CC 2021, I have problems with some of them.

 

1/ Can't update Lightroom v4.0 / Bridge v11.0 / Animate v21.0
But that's OK, I know I need at least Windows 1903

 

2/ Illustrator v25.0 AND/OR v25.0.1 / Adobe Media Encoder v14.6

Both don't even start : splashscreen freeze on both soft

Someone have the same issue ?

Or any solution ?

Right click on CC apps which is not launching , then select open File location option.

Right click on Launcher file and select Troubleshoot compatibility option and check.

Thanks for the reply.

Worked like a charm!

 

For Illustrator v25.0.1, Windows troubleshooting module proposed Windows 8 parameters, didn't work, then moved to Windows Vista.
Illustrator started in safe mode, with the bnplugin.aip not working. Ticked the case and followed steps, restarted Illustrator and now fully operational.

 

For Media Encoder, worked directly with the forst option : Windows 8 compatibility.
