Windows 10 Proxy

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

We installed Creative Cloud on a Windows 10 Professional PC in a company that uses a proxy.

However, we can not connect. It seems that he does not retrieve the proxy information on the PC so he tries to connect without.

Log:

Failed in getting value for key in OPMGetValueForKey domain: OOBE subDomain: ProxyCredentials key: ProxyUsername

Failed to get proxy user name from local db in getProxyCredentialsFromLocalStore

Failed to get proxy credentials from local store in IMS_createRefExWithXMLParams

Do you have a solution?

cordially

I found!

There is a command to force Windows to use proxy for all applications.

netsh winhttp set proxy <proxy>: <port>

After a few moments the connection is ok

Hi,

you need to configure your proxy by your self :

Configure for use behind network firewall

Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints

Hi,

On Windows 7 x86 with a proxy, Creative Cloud does not work but we can connect from other programs (Photoshop, ...).

On Windows 10 x64 Creative Cloud does not work but trying to connect from other programs, it launches Creative Cloud but we can not use it.

The only thing that changes is the version of the system.

I tried with the environment variable http_proxy but it does not work better.

For me, Creative Cloud does not take into account the proxy settings of the system ...

Regards,
