WINDOWS 10 unable to share pics from adobe to google photos, messenger

How can i share photos with anyone when i choose the  share option i am only prompted to microsoft store to purchase an app.  I simply want the apps to be there as an option so i may select the one i want, ie. messenger, could be google photos, and the one i would love to use would be contacts from my phone but how?  configure how?
