Windows Vista Home Premium

New Here ,
Nov 23, 2011 Nov 23, 2011

I purchased and downloaded acrobat x standard and when setup runs i get an error message that indicates that this software can not be installed on this operating system, which is Windows Vista Home Premium. Is the Home Premium system not compatible, because Vista is listed as a compatible system? Any ideas?

You will need to have at least Service Pack 2 installed for Windows Vista Home Premium.  Do you already have Service Pack 2 installed?  You can find the system requirements at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatstandard/tech-specs.html.
