Wondering why my store bought elements premiere code gives me invalid keys

Just bought a copy of adobe photoshop elements and premiere from best buy. The redemption code returned two invalid keys...Now What.?

    Great link. When I enter the numbers it generates two code that return invalid kets when entered in set up...anymore answers
