Wrong email in downloading Creative Cloud

Good morning,

I've got a quite serious problem due to a mistake I made in the download of Creative Cloud. When I registered in Adobe I put a wrong email address: instead of, that is my email address. As a consequence, Creative Cloud has been downloaded in my Mac but I can't download the free trial of Photoshop CC because you need to verify the email but the links to click is sent to an email that is not mine. I've deleted the program and downloaded it again a second time, but the problem isn't solved because the program starts with the old (and not mine) email. I've created a new account with the right email and tried to download Photoshop CC but I still can't because in my Mac is still present the old email in Creative Cloud and appears a message that invites me to verify the mail.

I'm sorry to having written the wrong mail and I can't figure out... What can I do? Thanks to all will help me. Have you a nice day.

I think you need to remove all traces of your mistake and start over with the correct information

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

I've create new account with my correct email address but the creative cloud is still sending verification emails to the wrong email address I don't have
