Hello,

I'm trying to install Adobe Illustrator CS6 on Windows 7 OS (win32). However, when I try running the application file, I get the error shown below. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like one of the .dll files Illustrator uses on start up has gotten lost or corrupted. You could try using Microsoft's System File Checker to repair it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833. You might also check the solutions offered on the following forum discussion about a related issue (different .dll, but same basic message): Illustrator CS6 won't run. Entry Point Not Found. Users have apparently had some success solving the problem by updating drivers, manually deleting corrupt files, or restoring previous file versions.

There is also this article about WRServices.dill errors specifically, but I can't speak to how effective the solutions are: How To Fix Wrservices.dll is Missing / Not Found Error.

Let us know how it goes!
