XD won't update or download

There was a problem in XD update
Error Code 506
ccx.confirmation.retryable.error.desc.update.506
 
went to open XD other day, it said please update to use or something like that... so I opened CC and clicked update... then I had heard you should delete program then reinstal... now I'm getting this ERROR CODE 506

Marcus3924, what version of Windows are you attempting to install and use Adobe XD on?  If you are using Windows 10 then please verify you have enabled Windows to install sideloaded applications.  For more information see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/exit-code-506-creative-cloud.html.
