I tried to upload Lightroom onto an old laptop to try and use it for tethering, I signed out of my good laptop. Now when i try and get back into adobe I am getting the message "you've reached your device activation limit" asking me to sign out of one of the devices below to continue. I unistalled the lightroom app on my old laptop.
Adobe is signed in to 2 computers and it will not let me back into adobe.
also states you're currently signed in with XXXXX@gmail.com, to sign out and use a different Adobe ID?
I have presets and brushes saved on my photoshop and don't want to lose them.
what do i do?
thanking you in advance.

If yes, log-in to your online account and deactivate unwanted devices. Your license allows you to install on multiple devices but only 2 may be activated at the same time.
