Activation after mainboard change

I'm using Lightroom 6 and used to do that under Win7. A month ago I set up a new computer (new mainboard, CPU, harddrive,...) and since then I'm using Win10. The mainboard had a defect and I was forced to change it. Now LR asked me again for the serial. It states that I'm not allowed to activate, since I'm supposed to use my licence on too many systems (I don't know the actual message in English, I'm using the German version). Please tell me how to get my LR activated - feel free to deactivate any systems registered on my LR6 serial - as I said: the systems LR6 was running on do physically no longer exist. This is also the reason why I'm not able to deactived it be myself.

I'm also quite unlucky that no phone number is provided (or at least I can't find it) where this problem could be solved within a few minutes, I suppose.

Regards,

Markus

Contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations for Lightroom 6.  You will need your serial number for doing this.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
