Adobe Application Manager

In CS6, when I go to "updates", wheels spin and the message "Adobe Application Manager may be damaged.  Download a new copy"... then the link takes me to a discontinued page and now I'm here.

How can I fix this?

    H8W8ing,

you can remove the remains of Adobe Application manager by running the cleaner tool:

Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

And then install it again from one of these links if you are getting a message that Adobe Application Manager is needed to update your product or install your trial:

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager

    Patti... Thanks for your help...

Crashing at "Starting up service registry"... This where it stops as the initial flash screen reels off all the items it is setting up just before it crashes on start-up in my Mac Indesign CS6.

I've un-installed, used the Adobe Cleaner and re-installed twice now and the same thing happens.

The others in my Creative Suite CS6 are working just fine.

    Help please...

    Please answer to h8w8@mac.com
