Adobe creative suits on Mac OS 10.15 [Catalina]

I have creative suites CD 

SERIAL NUMBER REMOVED

THIS IS AN OPEN FORUM, NOT ADOBE SUPPORT

YOU HAVE JUST GIVEN YOUR SERIAL NUMBER AWAY

I have upgraded to MacOS 10.15.1  Catalina 

 

I can’t run any Adobe Suites on my iMAC now

 

Your website said I need to install the creative cloud

Installed Creative Cloud

Then it prompted me in update all apps, so I tried stating with Photoshop

 

Installed Photoshop app  error message came up:

 

There was a problem in Photoshop update

Unable to install the update to the product.

Click to install the update again

 

Error Code 101

Creative Suite is old software.  It will never, ever work on Catalina.  Now you must decide which is more important -- having the latest operating system or using unsupported legacy software. 

 

Creative Cloud 2020 desktop apps are compatible with Catalina.

    I am having the same problem+

    I can't open any document without having to sign every time and to receive some code on my phone in order to access. And with some documents it is telling me to convert which, when I attempt to; it cant/won't. All kinds of issues since after the Thanksgiving holidays

    • Which Adobe plan or service are you subscribed to?  If you're not sure, log-in to your account below.

    • Which operating system do you have?
    • What is the error message or code you are receiving?

      Did you pay for a subscription yet? Just in case it is not clear, your Creative Suite apps are useless since you chose to upgrade to Catalina, since Catalina is made to only run the newest apps.
