I have Adobe Master Collection CS3. I installed PS, Illustrator and Dreamweaver from the CDs. I have always been the sole owner of it. But when I try to activate for example, Photoshop, it says: Activation - No Connectivity. I also tried calling through the telephone option but you guys discontinued this option. Please help! I have the Serial #, the Telephone ID number and everything... Please help!

    Hello,

This still hasn't been fixed and I am getting private messages from people claiming to be Adobe employees asking to allow them Skype access and Serial numbers. Please help.

We have received a number of reports where some members of this community are posing as Adobe Employees by offering to help troubleshoot issues personally using technologies such as Skype as a means to gain access to your computer and potentially your personal information.  All Adobe employees are required to have an orange ‘STAFF’ badge next to their user profile which can be seen if you mouse-over their profile picture. Please verify you see "STAFF". We also do not make a practice of using Skype and you should never post your serial number on the forum or give it out to a person who is not an Adobe staff member.

If you are having activation or connectivity issues, please refer to:

    Activate Adobe products

    Activation and deactivation troubleshooting

Solutions to sign-in, activation, and connection errors with Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Are you just now activating the software or are you trying to activate this old software on a new computer? How many computers have you activated this software on previously? What operating system are you using?

Please check your registered serial number to be sure you are entering it correctly:  Find your serial number quickly

The most common mistake is O (the capital letter) vs 0 (zero). Make sure you are entering the 24-digit serial number and not the number found outside on the box.

Are you using a different Adobe ID than you used previously when you activated the software?

Please send me a direct message with the name of the user contacting you and posing as a staff member. I will check if it is a staff member and notify the appropriate person if they are not.

    Thanks,

    Pattie

    Hello,

I tried your recommendation by doing it manually and automatically as advised on the website (running Win 2007) and it still giving the same issue. Cannot activate - No connectivity.
I can provide you my Serial Number, Activation number and activation type number. I only need the Authorization number from you (this is the telephone option).

    Please help!
