Adobe Photoshop 12 download

cannot download photoshop 12.  I have spent over 2 hours on this.  I have a new SURFACE that does not have a CD drive.  I have the original box.  I've registerred my product.  I've downloaded it several times.  It will not work.  I keep getting the message "THE FILE ARCHIVE PART OF THE ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 12 IS MISSING.  YOU NEED ALL PARTS IN THE SAME FOLDER IN ORDER TO EXTRACT ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12.  PLEASE DOWNLOAD ALL PARTS."  There are only 2 parts to download.  I've done this several times to no avail.  Please  help.

    you need to download the complete exe and 7z files.

    if your internet connection is not reliable enough to successfully dl the 7z, use a download manager and/or a different (wired) connection.

    or you can try dl'g from prodesigntools.com.

    if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 Direct Download Links, Premiere too | ProDesignTools

    and activate with your serial number.

    if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies. 

    the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com). 

    failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
