Adobe Premiere installs in German

I have downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro CC via the Creative Cloud panel and for some reason the software is in German language. The app language in CC settings is set to English, also on web I have English as my primary language. How could I change to English? I don't know why is that happening.

I have tried to reinstall it, change language to different and back and it is still in German. I am using newest macOC.

Adamisek if you reinstall Premiere Pro utilizing the steps listed in Change the language setting of your Creative Cloud apps and with the language set to English (International) are you then able to install Premiere Pro CC 2017 in English?

What language setting is macOS Sierra set to?  Is it set to German or English?
