Looks like i found a solution, which is actually not really satisfying...

when i'm lan connected acc is working well, but when i'm changing to wlan it still tells me the same Problem....?

any advice?

thanks....

EDIT:

Just in case i can help anybody else having the same Problems after his Windows 10 update.

i used IObit Driver Booster v4 to update all my Drivers and it worked pretty well. no more Problems since then!

Hi Davidk8169914,

I understand your concern, i would recommend you to follow the steps shared in solution 2 "Reset your hosts file" option in the given link to resolve issues related to hosts file: Advanced solutions to connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications.

After this follow the below steps:

1- Please check if you have any browser security extensions installed, if yes, then please disable them. ( Eg: AD BLOCK, McAfee site/web adviser, internet security toolbar etc )

2- Also disable the Firewall of your machine.

3- Disable Firewall of the Internet security program installed on computer.

4- After this Launch your Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine and sign in.

Just in case if it still doesn't work, then follow the steps shared here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.

Let us know if this helps.
