After Effects CC 2015.3 & Animate CC 2015.2 now "trial" only

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud free membership because of working at University at Buffalo. You can see below:

Before, I had the ability to use Adobe After Effects CC and Animate CC for free. When I updated the two apps with the Adobe update today (2015.3 for AE, 2015.2 for Animate CC), it says "Start Trial" and only allows me to do a trial and gives me a link to purchase it separately.

50% of my job involved Adobe After Effects. I need this fixed as soon as possible. Did the CC free membership policies change? Is this just a bug?
