Anyone getting a malware alert when updating PS, LRC?

Installed the updates for PS and LRC and Acronis Protection popped up alerts for 36 files with node.exe as a possible ransomeware injection attack.

Anyone else seeing something like this? Anything to worry about? None of my other security software detects an issue, (WebRoot, Windows Defender, etc.).
