Bought the photographer plan, can't download photoshop or lightroom from creative cloud

So, as I said, I bought the Photographer plan but when I open creative cloud and try to download a program, absolutely nothing happens, I'll post a screenshot, but I have really no idea what to do.

Please try the steps below:

Uninstall the Adobe CC desktop app (Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app)
Reboot the machine.
Install the latest version of Adobe creative cloud from the link: Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop
